Hello! My name is Cherry Payne
I teach seventh grade World Geography and eighth grade Georgia History. I have a M.Ed and more years in the educational field than I can count. Teaching Middle School students provides me with many opportunities to watch them evolve into the person they will become. One of my favorite quotes is from Nelson Mandela, “The greatest glory in living lies not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall”.
When I am not a Capstone, I read, play with my Lab, enjoy being with my family and watching my grandson’s ballgames.
