Capstone Academy

Hello! My name is Sydney Webster

Here at Capstone, I currently teach 7th-grade Life Science, 8th-grade Environmental Science, and 11th–12th grade Ecology here at Capstone. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology from Kennesaw State University and have spent nearly ten years in science education. Before joining Capstone, I spent many years working outdoors with students, helping them develop a passion for native plants and wildlife. I love bringing that same sense of wonder and curiosity into my classroom every day.

When I’m not teaching, you can usually find me outside—hiking, camping, or exploring nature. I’m so thankful to have found a home at Capstone and to share my love of science and the environment with my students!
